primitive is a developer infrastructure platform operated by Second Stage Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This policy explains what data we hold about you and the content you process through the Service, how we use it, and your choices.

Service Providers

We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service. These providers may process your data on our behalf, only as needed to deliver the Service. We may share a current list on request. Customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement should contact [email protected].

Third-Party Integrations

The Service may let you connect or use third-party services. If you do, those services may receive data you direct to them. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy practices, not ours.

Data Retention

Content you submit is retained until you delete it or until your retention rules remove it. Operational records of your activity are retained while your account is active. Server and operational logs are retained longer.

When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or anti-abuse reasons.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

International Data

Our primary data stores are currently located in the United States. Other Service infrastructure may operate in other regions. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or elsewhere.

Your Choices and Rights

You can export, correct, or delete account and configuration data through the dashboard, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For content we process on your behalf, you are the controller and we are the processor. Your end users should direct requests about that content to you. We will assist you in responding to valid requests.

Cookies and Analytics

The dashboard uses cookies to keep you signed in and product analytics to understand how it is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the dashboard.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the dashboard or sent by email.
